Alright, I'm not happy. Recalibration is one thing, but weight gain is another. I do log everything that I eat and drink so looking back over the past few days I probably have too much sodium, too little water, and not enough calories. It's all pretty easy to rectify except for the calories. I just don't get hungry when I'm on this diet. The other explanation is that my thoughts of eating the cupcakes from Magnolia Bakery NYC (my husband brought them home) went straight to my hips and scale without me ever touching them! I swear that's how my body works! Lols
82.6 kg Lost so far: 10.0 kg.    Still to go: 21.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
