Better weigh in today than on Tuesday! Feel like I am back on track now. Shoulder injury may make this next period difficult but I wont let it hold me back! Picked up some Muscletech Glutamine for my injury yesterday and already feeling better today! Not going to heal over night but the quicker it heals the quicker I get back to lifting!
