Well, I did end up cheating Saturday night at a benefit that we attended. Unfortunately I was starving and ate the chicken and green beans. Could have been worse...didn't have any drinks. I always claim to be the designated driver. I have to admit, it wasn't very tempting because it was the worst food ever! My husband agreed as he stuffed an awfully dry looking brownie into his mouth! Nothing was worth the calories but I'll probably be stuck on the scale for a few more days. Oh well......
77.1 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Chicken and green beans don't sound like cheating t me....that is good keto food.

Unfortunately for me, I'm supposed to be off the fats. For any normal person, that wouldn't have been cheating but actually a decent choice. Lols-ain't life funny!
