I have been at 160 for weeks now, however, in between have gone up and worked hard on getting down.
My goal for the coming week is to lose 1 pound by eating smaller quantities of food than I have in the past while still remaining on phase 1, but still eating 3 meals and 3 snacks; just want to check on those calories more closely and see if that helps me to lose. If not, I just might GIVE UP.......

Don't say "give up"!! :) You can do it! Look at what you are eating, maybe why you are eating, and when. Be sure that you get a good walk or some other exercise in sometime, too. :) We have many mall walkers around here that walk inside when it's rainy outside. Chin up, you can do it! :)

YOU CAN DO IT!!! It tough...but it will come off...check the Sodium intake as well. Salt retains so much water...so make sure to drink LOTS of water!!!
Keep it up. You may not be losing as you would like to...but you are healthier!!!

Before you give up, try Phase 2 if you have been on Phase 1 for more than 2 weeks. Phase 1 is the most difficult phase and the one that makes everyone want to quit. Granted you lose more weight on Phase 1. I am not sure why you are not losing if you are sticking to Phase 1. Phase 2 you can start having fruit again and some whole grain wheat bread, whole grain wheat pasta and certain cereals like shredded wheat.

This may sound like a silly question, but are you eating enough? Sometimes when you restrict your caloric intake too much, it can backfire and your body holds on to the weight. If you eat the same foods a lot, it can also have an impact on your weight. You might also try to up your intensity during exercise! Sometimes just changing up the same routine can kickstart weight loss. Good luck!

Hang in there, you can do it! We all hit a plateau at one time or another when dieting. It will happen, dont give up! :o)
