I'm trying to change my thought process about diet and exercise. I have to stop fooling myself by thinking I'm healthier than what I am. I have to admit that my body does feel better and my energy level is up since i started watching what i eat and exercising. Wish me luck that i can continue on this path. Happy I've lost 2 lbs this week.
55.3 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
