Had a good day yesterday. Skipped lunch and stopped at Sams and bought some fancy cheeses, salami, and turkey. Had a huge plate of food with few carbs and was amazed how much I could eat of that stuff.
90.0 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
