Breakfast: PB, toast, milk
Lunch: salad greens, tuna, feta cheese, balsamic dressing
Snack: apple, cheese cubes
Dinner: 3 egg omelette with feta, tomatoes, spinach and salsa. Salad greens and balsamic dressing. Milk

Exercise: - 500 calories on elliptical :)
94.3 kg Lost so far: 21.3 kg.    Still to go: 21.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
Losing 6.4 kg a Week
