I didn't log anything yesterday because I had a migraine all day, but I feel like I did well overall this week and hope to continue to see losses on the scale. I haven't really been doing too much physical activity but I have been getting walks in with my beautiful dog.
76.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
