I have just come back from surgery on 12/4. Pre surgery weight was 227 I lost one pound since surgery. I have all my veggies to graze on as I will not be able to go to the gym for 9 more days. I will, however, be there bright and early. So with all my siurgery out of the way, it is time to get serious for the new year.
