I was pleasantly surprised this evening at weigh-in. Actually lost 1 lb!! Every little bit counts!

79.5 kg Lost so far: 12.2 kg. Still to go: 16.0 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 0.5 kg a Week
