Although it took 19 days to lose the 7 ponds I lost in 14 days when I was younger, I'm still celebrating this mornings weigh in. Next week I'm adding Zumba 2 days a week.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 3.2 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
