Again, I went to see my sister to help her move. I need to be getting in more working out as well. And I need to not give in to temptation when I go see her, especially since she moved an hour closer. I did take her to the melting pot and that should have been my one indulgence but I also drank a 64 oz soda and some doritos (my old nemesis) as well as going crazy at taco bell when I should have stuck with my lower calorie usual. I will do better this week (not that I have a choice as it is work nonstop)
77.0 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 9.0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
