Now i have always a 500 ml bottle of fresh water near me at work. And I drink 2 till lunch time and 2 till i get home. That´s how i´m sure i´ll drink at least 2L a day.
63.7 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
