I know that some of this may be water weight that's getting adjusted but seriously... I am excited! This is progress whatever it may be and today has been a bit easier. I made sure to have plenty of snacks for the day and I have been able to focus more and stay on track. I did my Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD last night and felt good after. Tonight is ZUMBA!!!
83.6 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
