I've gained 4lbs. My friend said it could be muscle-forming, ugh. Still, I hate it.
Just finishing up my coffee, getting ready for work. Going to do the day 3 of 100 crunches, then gym at 6am. Going to push the envelope at the gym, push myself a little bit harder than normal.
I've also been half-assing this weekend, because of work it was hard to get to the gym. Tomorrow is a brand new-start.
Monday is a new start.
