It seems my body wt fluctuates a bit based on what food/residue is in my digestive system.

Makes sense, but seeing it when one's goal is to lose a lot of body fat makes using body wt as a primary metric a bit troubling.

I might stop tracking body wt on a daily basis. Maybe just 1x or 2x a week? This would help move my psychology toward using clothing fit and how my body feels when active/working as the primary metrics.
111.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 29.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

This seemed much more useful for me: I got rid of my scale and make myself wait for a weekly weigh in at a HIGI station (higi.com) which is found in some pharmacies, it measures and tracks bp, weight, and bmi.
