today was a great day..am doing so much better at my healthy food choices not struggling as much..and am much better at fighting off temptation..today i turned down birthday cake not because am dieting but because i didn't want any i was so full from dinner i actually said..no thanks.
130.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 58.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
