Well yesterday was my mum's birthday and she came over for tea. Had a healthy tea with salad, jacket, salmon fillet and slice of wholemeal bread. However I had to have a slice of birthday cake which I felt a little guilty about. Weighed this morning and thought I would depress myself but was pleased to see that I had lost a little more. I know that sometimes it catches up with you so am back on the straight and narrow today. I feel positive about the way I am trying to address my eating and have started taking a walk around the lake at work during my lunch break. It's a struggle not to be a coach potato with the menopause and my changing bosy shape is hard to take. Feel relatively positive though.
