So, I'm way off target...but I have done alot of rethinking and reorganizing in the last week. THANK YOU to those who sent me positive messages! It's sssoooo good to have people know how you feel and not judge you for having a lapse...we're all human after all eh?
My sister (who is only 60kg! *sigh*)has now become my biggest cheerleader, and is a real motivator (hear the whip cracking? lol)

Welcome back!!! I'm so happy to hear you have your sister as your real life diet buddy. That will be so helpful to you to have another positive force on your side. We all understand the struggle it is to stay on track and you are stronger than most because you came back and are ready to start again! You can do this! Heya hun :) It's so easy to slip, I know, I just had an awful day yesterday and my food intake reflects that. But the most important thing is that we can hop right back into our diets and weight loss routines, and not feel guilty and slipping a little - as you said, we're all human. You can do this though hun! Good luck! <3
