BB ga naik ga turun setelah 1 minggu makan biasa + berbumbu (tp ttp defisit kalori) + nyoba2 eskrim&ciki. cm perut aga jelly😂 , jd kudu ekstra ABS. hari ini back to meal routine lg ke low salt + raw food + rebus rebusan meal😂😂
