Well, I broke my diet for the whole weekend, but I tried not to overeat. Right now I'm heavier because it's that time of the month. I'm pretty sure I have not actually gained weight, even though the scale says I have. You know how that is. I started the diet again today. I'm very proud of myself because for the first time I ate at the salad bar at work. It's my fourth year here and the first time I go to the salad bar! Wow.
