Hot Cakes sin Harina

Delicioso desayuno sin harina y poca grasa.

Directions

  1. Mezclar el plátano con un tenedor hasta obtener una papilla sin grumos.
  2. Añadir el huevo y mezclar perfectamente. Puede añadir vainilla y azúcar.
  3. En un sartén antiadherente untar un poco de aceite, cuando este caliente coloque una porción generosa.
  4. Cuando salen burbujas voltear cuidadosamente el hotcacke.
  5. Servir. Puede acompañarlo de miel karo o así solo.
