Strawberry Breakfast Smoothie
A wonderful tasting and very filling smoothie.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put 5 large or 10 small ice cubes in the blender with the cranberry-grape juice and blend.
- Add yogurt and strawberries and continue to blend until smooth.
- Add flax seeds and blend briefly and then pour in to a glass and enjoy.

I made this today, it was delish! I used a cranberry/raspberry yogurt(I think any fruit based yogurt would be good in this), and used 2 ounces of each juice, with frozen berries. Very tastey!!

I tried this with fresh strawberries which I juiced and added protien powder since I had no yogurt with the flax seeds, it was great.
