- Cogumelos recheados com salmão.
- Tirar os pés aos cogumelos (que devem ser grandotes), colocar meia anchova no fundo de cada um, por cima o salmão fumado cortado aos pedaços, algumas alcaparras, um tomate cherry cortado ao meio e a outra metade da anchova. Por ultimo mozzarela ralada. Colocam-se os cogumelos numa assadeira untada com azeite. E vai ao forno ate gratinar. (Eu coloquei uns 20 minutos a 180 graus). E guardei os pés dos cogumelos para aproveitar noutra receita. É mt fácil e mt rápido.
