menurut saya sedikit garam ga msalh klo di campur ke sayur,krna walaupun diet tergnatung berta badannya,,ya klo garamnya 1 sendok mkan ya ga bgulah,,,hhe

Saya nyoba bikin ini. Hanya tambahkan garam sedikit, tapi garam yg digunakan khusus utk diet (himalayan salt) dan bisa turun 2 kg dalam 4 hari. Tapi ditambah olahraga 15 menit tiap harinya.

hai menurut saya supnya bisa ditambahkan garam secukupnya karena meniadakan garam pada makanan selain bisa berbahaya bagi tubuh juga akan membuat makanan jadi hambar :)

pernah coba sie bikin sup ini,,, tapi lama2 ga tahan sama rasanya klo harus tiap hari. ngaruh ga sie klo kita ttp nambahin garam ato gula untuk penambah rasa?

sudah mencoba resep ini, work seminngu turun 4 kilo, karna ga sanggup tiap hari makan beginian....n sekarang perlahan aja dgn konsumsi sayur dan buah, ga makan gorengan, dan seminggu dua sampai 3 kali makan sup pembakar lemak....well diet dan menurunkan berat badan ga harus menyiksa.... :)
