Pollo Oriental con Verduras

Muslo de pollo con verduras cocidas y salsa de soya.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. En una olla poner a cocer los muslos de pollo. Una vez cocidos separar consomé y muslos.
  2. En una olla o wok poner a cocer primero el brócoli, la zanahoria, la coliflor y el chayote. Verter un poco del agua del cocimiento de los muslos y una porción de Salsa de Soya baja en sodio. Sazonar al gusto con Consomé de pollo en polvo. Dejar cocer por 10 min.
  3. Agregar el germen de soya, Germen de alfalfa(brotes), la acelga cortada en pedazos pequeños, los champiñones, la berenjena y la calabaza. Dejar cocer por 10 min.
  4. Desmenuzar los dos muslos de pollo sobre las verduras y agregar otra porción de salsa de soya y sazonar con consomé de pollo en polvo al gusto.
