  1. Disposer les filets dans l'aluminium, tomates coupées en dès, oignons crus.
  2. Arroser d'un filet d'huile d'olive et de jus de citron, saler, et mettre des herbes aromatiques.
  3. Fermer la papillote et laisser cuire 25 mn.

Pour ma part je préfère supprimer l' huile et choisir une portion de 200g de colin que je arrose avec une cuillère à café de pastis. Merci pour cette recette.
