Directions
- Trocear la lata de sardinas que vienen en salsa.
- Cortar la cebolla en tiras y el pimiento en cuadritos saltearlos con rocío vegetal.
- En un recipiente mezclar las sardinas, la cebolla y el pimiento. Incorporar la clara batida y el queso en trocitos.
- En una placa rociada con spray vegetal colocar las tapas de empanadas e ir pellizcándolas hasta formar una especie de recipientes.
- Rellenar las canastitas y llevar al horno hasta que la masa esté cocida y dorada.
