Directions
- Cortar a berinjela em rodelas de 2 cm, colocar numa assadeira e despejar por cima o sache de caldo de legumes dissolvido em meia xicara de agua.
- Levar ao forno por cerca de 15 minutos, virando a berinjela na metade do tempo.
- Cubra cada rodela com molho de tomate e muçarela. Tempere com orégano ou manjericão e leve novamente ao forno até derreter o queijo.
