Овсяные Оладушки

Хорошее блюдо к завтраку, вместе овсянки.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Овсяные хлопья измельчить до консистенции мука. Добавить 1 яйцо. Залить полстакана воды (можно молоко тем, кто не на диете).
  2. Натереть на терке яблоко для вкуса (вместо яблока можно добавить стевии)
  3. На антипригарной сковородке обжарить. Если надо минимально смазать сковородку маслом растительным.
