It's time to take this to a whole new level! I am not content with just having lost this weight, I want it to stay off and I want to be in the best health of my life for a very long time. In order to do this, I'm going to need help...a good fitness trainer should do the trick!
Currently, I belong to 24 hour fitness...they offer trainers, but not to the standard that I'm looking for. I'll journal more on this subject once I find what I want.
For now, I'm completely back on food and by and large its going well. My challenge comes from those who would try to sabotage my success so that they can feel better about themselves...a problem I think I've got a handle on.
Onward, upward!
