Ok so here goes, today is that last day of carbs for the next two weeks. Now don't get me wrong I am not going to load up or anything. I think I may have some carbs for lunch though.

For dinner we are going to have steak and eggs. That is protienalicious right there. Maybe if we are feeling saucy we might have some brussel sprouts.

We are going to the gym today to do some minor cardio for about 45 mins. We are just starting back up and we don't want to hurt ourselves.

If anyone has some advice before I start my carbless lifestyle please do share!!

My biggest advise is to plan ahead. I work full time as well and go to school part time and I find my biggest challenge is being home to prepare health-conscious foods. If I know that I won't be close to a kitchen or a health based restaurant, I bring some nuts along. The protein in the nuts will curve your hunger for a while. I hope this helps you out. how tall are you??????? You can do it!!!! I am on day #4 of phase 1, first time, and its NOT easy!! I know i am just like jadenc whom replied to your post, preparing ahead and having things right there will certainly help to not eat the WRONG things, i have been doing better than i thought i would, oh, i wanted chips yesterday!!!! But, i did not do it!GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Brenda
