oat di blender halus+telur+air.. terus di buat sprti dadar telur gitu pakai olive oil but panggang tpi klw pnya teflon anti lengket ngk prlu trus ksh madu di atas di lipat segi tiga bgitu dan taburi keju parut.. klw ngk salah 39 kal aja
