For some reason I've been having a hard time logging my food and exercise lately. I just keep forgetting to put it in! Oh well, I guess I will start again today....hopefully I remember. I think my problem is I procrastinate and then I forget. I need to put it in as soon as I eat or while I'm eating. I guess it really doesn't matter as long as I'm loosing weight but I don't want to completely stop and then loose track of what I'm suppose to be eating and start gaining.

I log my stuff while sitting on my butt at work doing pretty much nothing:) Anyway...your losing so more power to ya!
