Hello!
I am 55 years young, have 3 adult children-2 still live with me, and single for 4 years. I have started a new body transfomation program and I know part of it will be to keep a food journal and know nutritional values and staying or keeping up with certain aspects of the nutrtional values.
Up until 3 1/2 years ago I was an active person, working one full time job, in front of a computer, and one part time job, retail keeping the change room cleaned and putting the clothes back on the racks where they belonged which is a very active job, always moving. Then I hurt my back which eventually ended up being the set on for fibromyalgia. Because of the fatigue, fear of the intense pain I felt and depression I became very inactive, though I am still at the full time job.
I have changed my diet to eat as organically as possible and be gluten free, which helped in the beginning but alas something has gone awry! One thing I know is I do not eat enough and some evenings I am to tired to cook so I my eating is not heallthy if I even eat.
I am hoping besides having a food journal I am hoping to get support improving my eating habits which have become somewhat emotional eating and not healthy.
