Diaduk sampai kalis. Saat buletin pakai 2 tangan yah dilempar kesana kemari biar bulet. Masukan ke dalam air yg mendidih yg sdh dikasih garam. Tunggu sanpai bakso mengapung. Angkat. Kuah disaring simpan di freezer biar lebih keras

Kalo mau kenyel pakai singkong yg diparut dan diperas . Sedikit ajja
