Kalo saya diet itu g perlu nyiksa,, nutrisi nya tetap terpenuhi, cuma porsinya aja di kurangi dikit. Ada karbohidrat, serat, protein. Makan gorengan masih tetep bisa asalkan masih batas wajar, g rakus 🤣🤣.
Diet itu yg penting niat, konsisten,, pasti bisa.
