No weight loss yesterday eventhough I lowered my calorie intake. I know it takes over 3000 cals to lose a pound so I will just keep working at it. My calves hurt due to walking stairs on Sunday over 1300 in 8 hours at work. I just need to keep moving. Not hungary this 7am will wait alittle bit to eat.
