I've been out for awhile...it's been a rough couple of weeks. Have been sick with pneumonia! I have a follow up appointment today. I feel much better! Hopefully I can get back on track quickly. I haven't gained any weight....thank God....but I haven't lost anything either which is a bummer! Feels like a wasted 2 weeks. I'm going to look at the positive side though....at least I'm feeling better!!
