Worked out at the park while the kids played yesterday.
One grandma looked at my funny as i was doing step ups on the park bench! haha oh well! I am on a mission! My goal is to do everything with purpose.
I also run around tha park like a crazy person playing like i am a 6 year old! man that takes a lot of energy!!!
Who knew just getting off your ass and moving would be enough to be as sore as i am today!!! ahhahaa
I will do another work out tonight with my hubbie at the park while the kids play. 3 months will come faster than i am ready so i have to make all this time count!!!
Keep moving people!!! Get out and Play!
