What can you do to get focused again. What worked for you before this past 3 weeks. Does it help to write all your food down, either here or on a piece of paper. Does it help to exercise more, adding a bit more day by day. Sometimes after a trip and a gain (I know from experience) it is hard to get back on track and to lose that weight gained. It goes on so easy and it is hard work to get back on track to get it off but you have done this before and you can do it again. :-)
