Day one - Not so bad. Feeling a little hungry and crabby but I know that this will pass.

Yes it will. I, like you, have decided to give weight loss one more try and this site is very helpful. I am finding the journal to be the most helpful because it allows me to see clearly where my weaknesses are, what foods to avoid and it is also helping me to make healthier food choices. I am finally using my stationary bike after using it for nearly 10 years as a clothes rack:)

I find it helps to have lots of veggies to snack on - like celery with salsa, which is all zero points. Good luck!
