Hi I saw your post about caffeine headaches. I was addicted to soda (diet soda actually) and decided to go to water only. I had HORRIBLE headaches for 2-3 days (one day it progressed to a full-blown migraine which was horrible). However, after those first few days, they went away. Now I've been off of soda for a month! I stole a sip of my hubby's diet coke last night, and guess what? It tasted terrible. If you do your best to give your body what it needs, it will forget that it ever wanted something else. No more soda for me! You can do it! I'd love to have a buddy if you're looking for one :)
