kalau di aplikasi MyFitnessPal, ada penjabaran kebutuhan nutrisi yang dijadikan target harian, kalau di fatsecret saya sedikit kesulitan menemukannya. contoh kalau di MyFitnessPal, misal Target Kalori 1500, maka: - Karbohidrat 155 gram - Lemak 41 gram - Protein 62 gram - Sodium 2300 mg - Gula 47 gram mungkin bisa jadi bahan evaluasi.
