Quacker oat mbk, tp sy berprinsip semua makanan mengandung karbo, so gak worry biarpun gk makan nasi... ( lihat aja kalender diet sy)

Iya betul buah & sayur juga mengandung karbo.. klo bosan bs divariasi.. pisang, apel, kentang, ubi dsb. karbo tetap dbutuhkan unt pembakaran jd jgn sama sekali menghilangkan.. atur sesuai kebutuhan aja
