Okay, I weighed in today and stayed the same. I was surprised I did not gain weight to be honest. I had a very emotional week, stress from classwork, death of family friend etc.. I very loosely followed the plan and it shows. I am back on track today and taking it one day (maybe even one meal) at a time. I really want to improve my health and be more fit/active so I'm going to keep at it. On a positive note: This last week, I ate more veggies, fiber, and drank more water than ever before. Yay!
