Well I have been struggling with this for awhile. I lost 85 lbs 4 years ago cause I was watchin what I ate and I was working at a moving company, so I think that had a little to do with it. My weight now is 240 and I need to be around 180 - 185. That is what I feel comfortable at. Any one have any tips let me know.
