I’m still plateaued at 145. I’m not entirely surprised, as it’s been a very stressful couple weeks and so it’s been very hard to get my water intake and I keep forgetting my supplements that help me release water retention (I retain water very easily!) I got back on track yesterday so hopefully I’ll be away from 145 by the end of the week!

Water retention can kiss it! Grrr. It will be gone by tomorrow, but omg seeing the scale tip over 145 again after so much effort to get it under 145, is maddening. Liquid meals, water, green tea today.

Yes! *lots of happy cuss words*!!! Holy crap, my body is making me WORK for every single tiny loss lol. I am finally on the “good side” of the 140s. 🙌🏻🙌🏻Hopefully this next 4+ lbs wont be soooo hard. It took me nearly a month to break through 152 and 147. It’s super motivating to see this number because I’m so close to the 30s now.
