Added electrolytes and potassium, more than half the water came off. Yay!

Super frustrated! I know it’s water weight because it came over night. But I am really struggling with water retention and I’m not sure why. I drink a lot of water and also green tea daily. I can’t lower my salt intake because my blood pressure has always been low and dr says to keep my salt in my diet. So I am not sure how to counteract that. Any ideas??
