100,6: - 1 kg. Encore une longue route à faire, mais c’est le premier pas vers le bas. Régime cétogène et jeûne intermittent: 1 ou 2 repas par jour, sauf si j’ai faim.
Souhaitez-moi d’avoir la motivation de tenir. Plus activité sportive (marche ou Body 8, acheté sur internet).
